Bebi - Bebi is the last survivor of Planet Plant. He was recreated by Dr. Myuu, then killed him. He plan to killed all Saiyan because of what the Saiyan did to his family. He takes over a persons' presence through wounds. He was successful in possessing Trunks, Goten, Gohan and Vegeta. He is able to transform by absorbing power. He is killed by Goku Super Saiyan 4.

Chii Shenlong - Chii Shenlong is  from the 7th Star Dragon. The negative energy used to create Chii Shenlong is the energy used to revived everyone that was killed by Majin Vegeta. The Dragon element is to control and manipulate telepathically. He is also transform into a 2 tail dragon.


Dr. Myuu - Dr. Myuu is responsible for rebuilding Bebi. He is killed by Bebi after rebuilding him. In Hell, he and Dr. Gero came up with a plan to fuse two Android 17 together to form Super Cyborg 17. He is then killed by Super Cyborg 17.



Gohan, Son - Gohan is a loving, intellectual person, funny and a silly Saiyan. Gohan became a Scholar, concentrating on books and brain more then fighting skills. He is a side character. He is now a genius himself and hang around Bulma often. He is not as strong as before.



Goku, Son - Goku is turn back into a kid by an accident wish made by Emperor Pilaf. Goku is still consider funny, non-intellectual in work, caring, and a loving father (grandfather). He a heart of a fighter and getting stronger is his number 1 goal. He befriend with Ubuu. Goku goes on a journey to retrieve the seven black star dragon balls. He was able to reach Super Saiyan 4 while fighting Bebi Vegeta Oozaru. Goku was no able to controlled his body under the Golden Oozaru form. He never did regain his adult self back (until the ending theme).

Goku Jr, - Goku Jr. is the grandson of Pan Chan. Great 4x grandson of Bardock and Ox-King, great 3x grandson of Goku and Chi-Chi, great 2x grandson of Gohan and Videl, great 2x nephew of Goten. He appear in Goku Jr. Special. Best friend/allied with Pac. He is able to reach Super Saiyan at an early age. His first big battle is against Vegeta Jr..

Goten, Son - Goten is the youngest son of Goku and Chi-Chi. Goten is not smart, but funny, and a silly Saiyan. He hates his Saiyan life and becomes a lady's man. He concentrate on getting girl and having fun then what his father had in mind; becoming stronger.



Li Shenlong- Li Shenlong is born from 1st Star Dragon ball. Li is the most powerful of all 7 Dragons. Li Shenlong absorb all 7 Dragon balls to make himself stronger. He has most of all the negative energy left. The negative energy used to create Li Shenlong is the energy used restore Earth after Majin Buu death. Li is a an electric Dragon.


Pan, Chan - Pan Chan is the daughter of Gohan and Videl. She is 1/4 Saiyan. She's very adventurous and love to fight. She doesn't have special/hidden power like her dad. Her best friend Giru. She is also up for something new. Because of her blood line, she cannot get a boyfriend.


Ryan Shenlong - Ryan Shenlong is born from the 2nd star dragon ball. The negative energy used to create Ryan Shenlong is the energy used to wish back Bora, Uba's father. His pollution can be absorb the damage done to him and transfer it back to himself. He gets his power from marsh.


Ryuu Shenlong - Ryuu Shenlong is born form the 6th star dragon ball. The negative energy used to create Ryuu Shenlong is the energy used wish make by Oolong for a pair of girl's panties. The Dragon element are hurricanes.



San Shenlong - San Shenlong is born from the 3rd star dragon ball. He's also the brother of Suh Shenlong. San is the Dragon element of ice and freeze. Not certain where his negative energy came from.




Suh Shenlong - Suh Shenlong is born from the 4th Star Dragon. the energy used to wish Piccolo's father young. This Dragon has a temperature of 6000 degree c. His nature place is the sun. This Dragon's elements is fire and speed. Suh has two form that he can transform into.


Super 17 - Super 17 is the fusion of two Android 17 (Earth and Hell). Super 17 absorb energy wave to increase strength and speed. He killed Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu. He is killed by Goku's Dragonafist and 4x Kamehameha. The downfall to Super 17 is his absorption. His absorption takes up time which allow other to power up. The Android open the gateway between two dimension. Earth and Hell

Trunks - Trunks is somewhat of a silly, intellectual person. He is now the president of Capsule Corp, but doesn't like to like as a rich person. He still get allowance from his parent. He and Goten are still best of friend and are alike. He no longer train, but is now also a girl's man. He journey with Goku and Pan on their journey for the Black Star Dragon Balls.

Ubuu - Ubuu is the reincarnation of Kid Buu. He begin his training under Goku in the Hyperbolical Time Chamber for 7 years. He live with an orphan family which he provide for and protect. He is closest to Goku and friend to other the Z Family. He later merge with Fat Buu to form Super Ubuu. He is also Earth new protector.


Uh Shenlong - Uh Shenlong is born from the 5th Star Dragon. The negative energy used to create Uh Shenlong is the energy used to revived Goku, before fighting with Nappa and Vegeta. The Dragon element is electricity. It's absorb electricity to increase it's size.



Ultimate Shenlong - Ultimate Shenlong is Earth's only hope of survival. He is born from the 7th dragon balls mark with a black star. It is hidden deep in Kami's Shrine. He has greater power than that of Porunga and Shenlong. He possess the same wish as new Shenlong, but can grant any wish. His power is unlimited and can grant wish beyond it's creator. But downside is if they it is used to make a wish, it have to be re-gather within a year or the planet that make the wish will disappear.

Prince Vegeta - Vegeta is still ignorant, but lovable Saiyan. He shave often and train too. He was taken over by Bebi and turn him against his friends and family. He was able to achieve the Super Saiyan 4 form with the help of a brute ray develop by Bulma. Because he is the great Prince Vegeta, he has no problem controlling in the Golden Oozaru form.

Vegeta Jr. - Vegeta Jr. is the grandson of Bra. He appears in the last episode of DBGT. He is the grandson of the Great (2x) Prince Vegeta. He is able to turn Super Saiyan naturally. He's not a coward. He resemble everything that of Vegeta. He appear at the end of DBGT episode.
