Pilates Method consists of a set of consecutive exercises designed for the full body, performed on the mat and specifically designed equipment. The exercises are designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates when practised regularly has proven itself as a fitness program and has also proven to be an invaluable addition in the field of professional sports training and physical rehabilitation.
